For my fellow Tf fans who know me online, I'm a fun loving girl that likes to kick back with friends and play me some Halo. It's just fun. Well, to make it even funnier in a sideways way, today I got kicked out of the Elite clan I was in because I am of 'no use and do not belong there'. Quote/unquote. Evidently, interest and enthusiasm counts for nothing. But hey, I did warn them up front that I play for fun, I'm not 'good' at it but I am enthusiastic and really did want to play with those folks and learn how to be better at it. Sortof hard when one never gets invites to clan events, neh?

Anyhows, going to stick with the TF crew, at least they know and accept my limits with the game and have as much fun with it as I do.

On the christmas front, got a replica energy sword from the above mentioned game. Totally awesome sauce in a mug. Love my hubby to pieces. And it was amusing to try to explain to the parentals why I was having a *squee* moment over 3 feet of rainbow hued, double bladed, sharpened steel. MmMmMmm, another sword for the collection.

Still going to stick with the elite avatar on Halo, but now I'm not restricted to 'rank' armoring or call signs. Does open up time that I spent dutifully reading boards and watching for events for some doodling though. That is, if I can convince the mac mini to talk to the scanner. The PC is on last legs.

I've seen some amazing things by SangheiliArtist as of late, his landscapes are to die for and I'd honestly love to have some on my walls.

No hard feelings, former clanmates, I totally understand you kids not wanting to play with someone who just wanted to learn how to be better, have fun and hang out. Such a bad person I am.
